1. All consignments will be accepted without minimum or reserve and will be offered for sale at public auction and sold to the highest bidder at the first available auction on a first come first serve basis.
2. T & K Auctioneers acts as the sellers agent only and reserves the right to sell items individually, as a lot, choice, or times the money in the best interest of the seller.
3. Once seller's merchandise is accepted and lotted for sale, it may not be removed.
4. Merchandise not getting an opening bid or "No Bid" will be returned to the consignor. "No Bid" item (s) will be shipped back to the consignor within 48 hours after the sale they were lotted for. Bidders will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred for the return of their items. If the buyer refuses to pay such charges, the item (s) will become the property of T & K Auctioneers to dispose of at their discretion.
5. Consignments may be rejected or withheld from the sale due to duplications, quantity, quality, lack of cleanliness or any other reason by T & K Auctioneers.
6. Consignments for any given Monday sale must be received by Monday of the previous week. If you want your merchandise listed in our flyer, it must be received 10 days before sale.

QUANTITIES, and merchandise that has to be picked up by T & K Auctioneers will depend
on quantity, quality, mileage traveled and labor and cost to haul We will go ANYWHERE in
the UNITED STATES to pick up your estate. If you have an estate, a collection, such as
Hummels, Lladro, Fine Glass, Pottery, etc., or large quantities to sell, we would be very

9. Items consigned such as clocks that require setup or adjustments that T & K auctioneers can't make will be made and charged back to the consignor as expenses. Non-running clocks do not sell well.
